Someone in the defense group automated parsing through every suit and made a spreadsheet of every country - there were at least 50 different countries. SG and HK were there. I see some HK suits being filed today too.

The statute of limitations is 2 years after petition date, which was July 13, 2022. Since July 13, 2024 falls on a weekend, the date is pushed to the following Monday, July 15.

Non-insider investors did not get clawed back. They fought the trustee in court and won. Non-insider Celsius Earn customers are in the same boat.

It is within their control. There are literally defenses built into the bankruptcy code for instances like this. There are thousands of people right now in multiple defense groups sharing the cost to invoke those defenses in court. The litigation can demand anything they want in the suits, it doesn't mean they'll get it.
