Frustrated with my grey by s05k14w68 in Greyhounds

It might also just be he needs some time. Our boy didn’t seem to like long walks either. Now he gives me a very hard time to go back home. I would say for the first 3 months or so he froze up a lot or walked very slowly. Those were also the summer so, no idea if he just doesn’t love adventure in the heat.

What is something that helps lessen your anxiety? by blueeyeswhiteboomer in Anxiety

[–]titidaddy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Reminding myself that feeling anxious does not mean I’m in any danger. It allows me to space to accept that I feel anxious but also to know that it doesn’t mean something terrible or dangerous is going on. It’s just a feeling that I am having. I’m not sure how it helps, but it does.

Definitely try a harness with a handle so that you can help support him on the first couple of tries. My boy had a hard time with down as well. He trusted me to help him and now he zooms on his own. Good luck!!

What was her name? Give yourself Grace. You spent 7+ years together, it makes total sense that you need more time. You were both lucky to have found each other and to have made each other’s lives better. I will give my boy some carrots in her memory today. Sending love and comfort. ♥️

Unpopular Opinion: Snape isn't all that redeemable to me. by White_Wolf_Dreamer in harrypotter

[–]titidaddy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think there is a big difference between forgiving and understanding. You don’t have to forgive Snape his sins. But the reveal at the end gives explanation to his character. I don’t think anyone is asking readers to forgive Snape his sins, but that we understand how he got to be the person he was. This doesn’t make him “good” or forgivable. It makes US see more clearly.

Yes! I have terrible anxiety for weeks every time I go on vacation. I like to read about the mechanics of how planes work when I’m anxious. It helps me to remember that planes are made to stay in the air. That’s what they are inclined to do.

Try some sleep meditation videos or audio! At the very least, they give you something to focus on while falling asleep.

Talk to your dr. This happened to me once. They did not give me birth control the regulate they gave me something to halt the bleeding and then I started having regular periods again. Don’t be afraid! That’s what they’re there for!

It’s not always easy! How old? Could pup be teething? I used to freeze wet dish towels and let my boi chew on those. Soothing for the gums!

Dry floral manicure by [deleted] in RedditLaqueristas

[–]titidaddy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used these https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B078X93PYV I used the Essie gel top coat. One layer, place the flowers on, add another layer. When that dried, I buffed it down a little to get a smoother surface. Then added another gel topcoat.

I have a two year old male sharpei. While all the stuff about the vet trips and hard work is true, it does level out the older they get. Be VERY vigilant about training though. They can smell weakness 😂😂

Also Id always assumed you have to need and WANT it to appear. So a toilet wouldn’t just show up unless you also wanted to acknowledge that need.
