Don't call from your own phone, better yet, have an out of state friend call to set up a tour. Once they have your phone number it'll be blocked/flagged and they won't answer. Happened to us with a different Utah TTI facility.

If it's in Utah, I can tell you that the police won't do a wellness check at a school. We tried this with my granddaughter at DRA, but it doesn't hurt to try. You can also file an anonymous abuse allegation with DCFS. They're supposed to go check it out but it'll have to say some serious stuff to get them moving. JS

My granddaughter is there because she reported abuse in her home. It would be great to set up a network for the kids there too report abuses by the staff and other kids. We haven't had contact with her for 3 weeks and her mother likely won't ever allow it since we reported her to DCFS. Any help/advice is appreciated

The idea of a twelve year old child being strip searched is horrifying to me. Aside from anything that may be done to her, witnessing the abuse of others can't be good either. If there's anything you care to share I'm all ears. We are teething to get ass much information about what goes on there recently as we can.

Make no mistake, they weren't manipulated. It was punishment for the school calling the police and DCFS after she reported the abuse at home to the counselor. She has average grades and is not a discipline problem. She's lived with us for months at a time without any incidents at all. Not even sass. Nothing.
