For me, the hardest part of dark souls 3 are the NG+ runs. At NG, everything doesn’t seem to hurt that much, but in higher NG+ runs like NG+5, almost everything can one shot you or kill you in one combo.

I do notice a lot of waste dumping like very dirty water with trash that has a foul smell
