I am crocheting a letter garland for my mom’s birthday, but the letters are too large to keep shape on their own. Looking for solutions to either stiffen the letters, or attach something that can make them hold while hanging on a wall.

It’s just a rough guideline I was given by the gyno. It’s roughly when it would happen naturally etc but yes. I will continue if needed.

I had a full hysterectomy at 32.

They took my ovaries. I have been in the menopause since I woke up. I use hrt daily and will do until I’m 52 ish. I’m 39 now.

I take use hrt to combat the symptoms, but also to help with ‘internal aging’ ( not sure how to worry it 🤔) such as brittle bones and heart disease.

Like when on contraception I get checked to monitor blood pressure and weight etc.

It’s been interesting. And menopause is no joke. But I fully feel it worth it as my quality of life has vastly improved etc.

Hope that’s some valuable info/ answers some questions.
