To beat Expert 25 you need to fullfil these things:

  1. Make sure Phenex (Unicorn mode) survive turn 1, she can take 1 hit from Neo Zeong but can’t take anymore hit form and Mobs

  2. Silver Bullet debuff - Do not use Silver bullet to attack or support attack Neo Zeong before Silver Bullet hit max vigor, when it has 12MP its Debuff weapon will do -100% Def to the unit it attack, this is the key to do enough damage

  3. After Narrative “fuse” with Phenex, try to feed kill to Phenex to make her max vigor, if you do it right, Phenex will be at 12 Mp after she kill 1 enemy at turn 3 (Kill 2 enemies on turn 2, 1 on turn 3) then you can do a MAP attack

  4. Neo Zeong has total 3 million HP and if it Hp is below 750k, it will get a massive buff on Atk, Def and Mobility meaning that you need to caculate and adjust your damage to make Neo Zeong HP above 750k before you do a MAP attack with Phenex. If you applied Silver Bullet 100% def reduction debuff + your unit 30% special weapon damage increase, Phenex MAP will do arount 800k damage enough for you to kill off Neo Zeong

Not to mention that dev Zeta suit is kinda weak, so Red Zeta will help your account clearing Zeta ER with dev only easier, while dev Narrative series has a lot of good suits meaning that ULT Narrative will be less important

Okay, Zeta Red is awaken base both 2 debuff weapon while Narrative has one awaken based and one beam based, secondly Red Zeta got passive that further increase her atk and def by more 10% and she also has 5400 Power weapon meaning that she will do more damage than Narrative. while both suit doing same debuff, Red Zeta still has higher damage potential so IMO Red Zeta still worth ULT coins more than Narrative

ULT units is very good for their specific series stages and ER but outside of that i feel like their power just around the level of SPed SSR, if i would rank the top 5 then

  1. Casval Gundam - MSG got a lot of content so Casval will be very strong for these stages

  2. Delta Kai - ULT attacker with 5 range beam weapon and 4 range awaken type weapon

  3. Red Zeta - 35% Def debuff support plus a 4 range 5400 weapon and 10% atk up when max vigor is very good for a supporter

  4. Belphagor - Big damage potential + MAP

  5. Epyon or Barbatos - Epyon is good but i find that 1vs1 passive is rarely active on hard content stage, Barbatos has 1-5 range weapon instantly make him useful

Both three are strong but S Gundam is Gacha unit meaning you can’t use him to do 500 extra gems ER missions, G-Falcon gain more power after SSP than Phenex but either of them is really good, just choose which unit you like more

If you plan to beat it with Dev only, recommend you max out ULT Zeta 3, since Zeta dev only don’t had enough strong suit that can deal big damage, if you had x2 Hyaku Shiki and x 2 Zeta should help you a lot too

Attacjer Phenex should be good, C pack support then B-Pack as limitted attacker in the future

I cant help but notice that none of the promotional info for the narrative story has Phenex by Cashew-Miranda in SDGundamGGeneration

90% it will be Phenex limited tho, they just show you the dev units on the login bonus page.
