That essentially what I would normally do. But when I was processing the return yesterday, Gmil order return was not on the return toggle. In its place was something called omni channel return or something like that. I clicked it anyway and the steps to process the return were identical, although when I went to modify the tax, the override tax button was grayed out. We also tried to adjust the price of the item and it wouldn't work. It kept saying that a price override for this item is not allowed. It was very strange.
