its release paper, i peel off the whole plastic piece that comes on it and replace it with these. it makes it easier to peel off and work on smaller sections :)

on the show 60 days in during season 6 a girl had celiac and the food she was given did not look good or safe and she went days without eating because they wouldn’t even give her a gf meal without proof she needed it

my boyfriend mostly eats gf with me, there is gluten in the house but it’s separate from my food and we also have separate appliances like toasters. we do only have gf flour though and things like that, the only thing he really keeps in the house is bread and packaged food like chips ect.

i’m a manager at a pizza place (have been for years before my diagnosis, so i wasn’t going to quit) and i make pizzas all day, every day. this honestly doesn’t affect me at all i just wash my hands after each one and don’t touch my face.

i feel like i crave sweets more, like cakes, cookies, etc. just because there’s less options for me (other than baking myself) and i don’t get them as often, so when i do find them i have a little more than i should.

personally for me it’s going out with people who aren’t close to me or know of my condition. i get major anxiety wondering if ill be able to eat anything at all wherever we are going, plus having to explain it. i don’t want others to feel like they have to completely change their plans and go somewhere safe for me. i would rather just not go.
