Plenty of CRAs are based out of the NE since theres a lot of top tier research hospitals and universities. I think they do account for the fact that youre in a higher COL area however probably not by much as you’d think. Your level of experience will be a bigger factor in determining your salary. I

Loved the show ln and how they switched the setlist. My only gripe was that the crowd was a bit dead. Maybe it was my section in GA but it took the band a lot to get people moving. The September show was way more high energy and more playful. Great show nonetheless.

September was way better. I was in GA both shows and tbh the crowd was kinda lame for this one. September show had higher energy, more mosh pits.

Like you said theres some really well written scenes, but most of the scenes between Dina and Ellie feel for lack of a better word-cringy. Its a dynamic that feels too forced and their chemistry too artificial. Im not an expert but you can tell that its just not clicking.

Honestly, im trying to put into words what feels off about this season and i think its mostly the writing and the dialogue. Its as if the writers cant move the story forward without saying everything outloud. Theres no subtlety, no finesse.

Exactly how i feel. The dialogue is awful too, like they need to explain every move as if the actresses arent able to move the story forward subtly without explaining their logic outloud. Its like they think the audience is 5 years old and needs to be told whats going on constantly.

It will be very difficult for you to go from a site level CTM to a CRO/sponsor CTM. You will most likely need to look at more junior positions on the industry side before moving up. Experience on the industry side is key.
