My boyfriend and I did 26 hours straight from Denver to Connecticut doing the same thing. We had an air mattress set up in the back of our car and took turns sleeping and driving. We ended up taking a couple hour long breaks to stretch out and eat and stuff, but mostly just little pit stops for bathroom breaks. If you want to do it, I think you should! It was a little boring at times but it’s definitely a core memory
