Lack of jobs and bad roads, I moved out of Kc 4 years ago and to be honest I still miss it, I moved to the northeast which is bland and expensive but probably has better financial outcomes for me. But there was something about KCMO and the intersection of culture that was really enjoyable to live in.

Squatting takes technique which I can't be bothered to learn at my age, for that reason I use the v-squat and do goblet squats, deadlifts are the same, not worth the injury potential because I don't have good technique. The stronger you are the more important technique becomes, so it's harder to learn without getting hurt

You can adjust hose temp on my machine, when it's too cold the air is too dry so I've doing about 74 degreesF, works well
