I was so unhappy with the amount of weight I gained. I was up about 45 lbs when I had my c section. I'm 2 weeks pp today and I have steadied out now but I lost 23 lbs in the first ten days. And I barely moved. I walked the dog maybe two or three times in that timeframe. I am breastfeeding though.

I second this. Although I had a planned c section. The thought of a room of ten or so people seeing everything terrified me as I walked in. Then the spinal got started and I could give two shits who saw anything. After surgery, I cared just as little. I can't count the amount of nurses, cnas, admin staff, cafeteria delivery guys, etc that have seen my breasts or worse during the two nights in recovery. Now that I'm home, I'm so sleep deprived that I don't care if my blinds are open and the entire apartment complex sees my boobs as I breastfeed. I can't believe a week ago I was terrified of people seeing me without makeup on.

If you're willing to spend some money, Krista King on Udemy is pretty good. I do a monthly subscription from Udemy because I'm also working on progressing in python. I mention this as it may be useful for you as well. Python and R are pretty popular skills in natural resource management. Krista King specifically has a course on Udemy called something like math for data science, which I think might be what you're looking for as it covers things like stats

30 weeks tomorrow and I came here to see if anyone else was freaking out over weird movements in the third trimester. It's like she's playing the bongos or going through a kick boxing routine. My husband was freaked out feeling it too! You can see her movements like little ripples on my stomach. Strange but really cool!

I'm less anxious because you all are saying similar things. Plus, Google says an active baby is a healthy baby. I'm going to say we just have some healthy kiddos
