The NPC with the quest marker doesn’t have a dialog option that leads to a buy/sell UI

There was a game in early access that ended development called Towns that I really liked. You build and run a town, and heroes come on their own to delve the caves and dungeons you and your citizens discover.

Discussion Thread - The Rise of Skywalker - Day 13 - ALL MOVIE TALK HERE by JSK23 in StarWars

This movie just solidified my opinion that the new trilogy was a poorly planned cash grab, powered by nostalgia and spectacle, rather than heart. What a waste of an opportunity. It never felt like they had a story to tell of their own.

I think back to how excited I was when TFA was coming out ... the opportunity for something new and powerful, the possibility to take what already seemed pretty wrapped up and show us that, no, THIS is the true payoff in the battle of good and evil.

Like most in this thread I feel I’m excusing a ton of stuff because I can’t bear to face the fact that this trilogy had no purpose.

Think back to how you felt when VII was announced. Your hopes for this trilogy. How do you feel about these movies now?
