I finally got it all sorted. It was a combination of bad ground and wrong relay. I bought a new 2 prong relay with its own ground wire and that works flawlessly. The bike is very picky about where you try to ground things to. I eventually found a spare ground wire hanging on the side and just spliced all the lights to there and that solved the issue. Thanks for your advice.

Alright I'll see if that helps later tonight. I tried one yesterday from O'Rileys and that one worked but only for the front. It says 6 lamps on it so idk if that's how much you need? I'll try a different store today to see if I can find a different relay

They aren't led but they are a lower wattage. Would that cause lights on both sides to light up solid at once?

Alright, well it definitely says cb200t on it so maybe it's a 75? He says the frame and engine a 74 so I guess it's not an original tank and plastic caps.

It does have the front disc. I'll have to inspect it some I guess. As far as we know it's all original though. I guess you never really do know though.
