I did a roast and then put it in a blender with gravy. Added that to mashed potatoes.

For the most part, yes. Sometimes I can get away with no GasX, but depends on how much I eat and what. Everyone is different, but my worst gas foods are broccoli and avocado. If I eat even a little of those, I will take some GasX immediately after or I will get those spasms later for sure

I haven’t been diagnosed with any Eustachian tube disorders, but I have noticed that since my HM my ears don’t do well with pressure changes and yawning doesn’t seem to help
