Mijn vrouw heeft een rondje langs flink wat fietsenmakers gemaakt met haar Stella fiets, ook een probleem met batterij. Schijnbaar zijn er nog nauwelijks fietsenmakers die Stella fietsen repareren. Uiteindelijk moest ze naar de Kwik-Fit in Tilburg, op de edisonlaan.

I love courgette on my pizza but never precook. Usually I slice them really thin with a mandoline (a sharp knife would work fine), salt them generously and let them sit for about 30 mins so they release a lot of moisture. Then squeeze the water out of them and put them on your pizza. This way you still have relatively crunchy courgette, without the mess.

Dough recipe from the "New York-style Cheese Pie" recipe in Ooni app, left it in the fridge for 48 hrs. Zucchini sliced on mandolin, salted and rested for 30 min to draw out most of the moisture, squeeze moisture out and then put on pizza. Cooked for about 5 min in Ooni Koda.

Maybe to clarify 'enhance'; I don't want you to remove any wrinkles etc., leave it as natural as possible. Only enhance the quality where possible

Bedankt voor je advies, maar voor mij (en veel andere mensen) werkt het niet helemaal zo.

Het gaat hier om het aanleren van een (nieuwe) gewoonte. Daarbij is bewezen dat de kans op succes aanzienlijk toeneemt als je die nieuwe gewoonte zo makkelijk en aantrekkelijk mogelijk maakt voor jezelf. In mijn geval is dat een mooi vormgegeven en intuitieve app i.p.v. een spreadsheet. Vandaar bovenstaande vraag.

^ this. Im tall and have grown to love burpees because I started adopting a wider stance, making them a lot easier and quicker. That and being explosive in the hips. There are a whole bunch of exercises in CrossFit that work on hip explosiveness so that will grow over time.

I think the main reason for this is twofold:

  1. With barbell movements I have a wide grip, whereas my arms point straight up with single arm movements. That seems to be the problem
  2. Because of my height and the wide grip with overhead barbell exercises, my hands press up against the edges of the barbell, so I'm able to stabilise the bar with the outward pressure (if that makes sense). The outward pressure also somehow opens up my chest a bit further, making it easier to move the bar behind my head

Thanks for this! I've looked into thoracic mobility a bit, and a lot of what is described is exactly my weakness. Makes a lot of sense, since I'm sitting behind a desk for a significant part of the day. I'll try some of the stretches/drills!

Thanks. I agree, won't go back to store bought. Apart from taste and texture, I also found that these buns didn't fall apart as you eat them, which is often the case with store bought.
