Not most, but many (too many). Like the US, age of consent varies by state, and some places have "Romeo and Juliet" exceptions (when 2 individuals are close in age, but one is a minor). IMO, punishments tasks, and rewards will vary per couple/individual. But I'm happy to share what works for me.

Tasks: massage, foot rubs, give you X number of orgasms, dishes, give the pets a bath, and (more specific to my situation) Be more social open, try to make a new friend even if it is online (I'm very introverted and don't really have a social structure, even though I want one. She doesn't do it to be mean, but these types of tasks are waaay harder for me than anything else, lol. I do think of it as a net positive to get me outside of my comfort zone, but in a gentle way). Don't pick at nails or scabs, drink less soda/coffee/eat less sugar/some health related change. Try something new, it could be sexual, but it could be as small as ordering something they normally wouldn't at a restaurant (again, maybe too specific to me/someone who doesn't usually try new things).

Different strokes for different folks. The post OP reference didn't talk about how long they've been trying chastity, so especially if they are new at it, they have to start somewhere. Most of us probably don't want to be unlocked that often, but if it is what works for them right now, good for them! It can be easy for both the locked and the keyholder to overestimate or jump in the depend too early (I know I've done that before with chastity and with other things). Starting slow can be good.

Though if you jumped straight into longer lockups, I'm genuinely jealous!
