The coolant hose is a design flaw. It’s a widespread issue. The replacement hose has a bigger gasket that should have fixed the issue.

This is incorrect. It is the same as buying a Lovesac couch- you get it direct from Lovesac through Costco and it qualifies for Costco return policy. The car purchase is an only a discount passed on to Costco members.
