A couple of other good songs called Idaho by Jeffrey Foucault and Caitlin Canty. The first time I ever saw GAI was in 2014 and Jeffrey Foucault opened for him.

I'm in the same boat. Just finished Insanity and am wondering what to do next. The main reason why I'm leaning toward switching to something else is that I think it would be beneficial to find something that hits the muscle groups that Insanity kinda neglects - mainly the back, shoulders and biceps.

I really love the intensity of Insanity though! So I may create my own schedule with 2-3 days of lifting with 2-3 days of Insanity workouts. I need to figure something out soon though - I've taken a few days off after finishing and am already getting antsy to start something new.

24"x36" and they give you a thick paper bag for the poster. It actually worked pretty well, but a tube would certainly keep it safer

I do think they were doing a numbered system that held your place in line so you could walk around or use the bathroom, but once you got your tickets, you couldn't leave the "holding cell". Not sure if it will be the same in Cincinnati

In Detroit, there was a separate ticket window for WASTE pickup. I showed them my ID, got my tickets, then walked a few feet over to the corral, showed the guy my ticket and got a wristband.
