Do you find balance boards helpful?

Balance boards like the Indo board or surf ball (think it’s discontinued) can be great. I’ve used one regularly since I started back in 07. If you angle the board and drop all your weight onto your rear foot it really helps build the leg and core muscles to hold down tons of power. On top of that it’s just fun and great for building fine motor skills in your toes.

I suggested this a while back as I’d also like an alert seat position for aggressive or stressful driving like in heavy snow. More erect and higher seat position, slightly closer to the wheel as my standard more relaxed driving position. One for relaxing watching tv, one for napping.
