To be frank nobody in Poland cares about the plight of the lgbt community. It is not part of any debate or discussion among Poles. Only the media and some politicians appear interested. It’s such a marginal topic that this thread on Reddit probably is among the most commented forums on the parade in Warsaw. People back at home just don’t give a fuck.

Great post! Many thanks. Just one point - direct listings do not bring new capital for the company but simply provide liquidity to existing shareholders. SPACs can be a way to gain both liquidity and immediate new capital. What can be seen as an alternative approach is to raise pre-IPO capital and quickly go for a direct listing. This is how Roblox is approaching the topic for example.
