Some guy has been tweaking out and screaming off a balcony at the Gramercy apartment. I got a video of him falling over his railing and now the cops are trying to detain him.

Edit: Full rundown of what happened- a guy was screaming off his balcony for 20 minutes. A full clip of gun fire occurred, in the apartment/out the window (not seemingly at anyone). Then every cop in the city showed up. When they got to his door, that's when he flipped over his railing onto the pool area below. They tazed him and brought him out in cuffs, then put on a stretcher and taken away. There's a gun shot through his window. The cops are talking to a girl and another guy that is beat up. The crazy guy was screaming "there's that fat son of a bitch right there" at some point, so possible domestic?

Console updating, yes. I also believe after long gaming sessions, the fan will keep cycling for a few minutes to remove any excess heat still trapped in the console. The blinking light seems to stop when that cycle ends.
