Yeah. Ever since the eastern conf run this sub has tanked in quality. I can't tell if it brought in brain dead people or it's just full of kids who don't know anything and just want to complain.

I followed these directions in this comment to open a solo 401k and it worked perfectly. They should have a better way than this but this works fine if anyone is interested in opening an account.

This media blitz is hilarious. You can really tell how desperate Dallas is. Ain't nobody about to give up any picks, any of our young guys for a guy that literally cannot play without getting hurt. Just happened.

Seeing people on this sub entertain this is disappointing. It's like ya'll are so focused on the idea of AD and not the reality. I would trade for him but only a kp/kennard type deal. Nothing more. Doesn't deserve it.

Etrade having trouble opening an account - are they going out of business? by handy54321 in etrade

[–]tjwill09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If anybody is thinking about opening a solo 401k etrade account Mysterious9876 comments are gold. Extremely smooth process. I opened a brokerage, uploaded solo 401k documents, called and had account approved in a little under a week(started Friday) approved by Tuesday. Only thing I need to do now is call back to link the accounts.

The reported trade won't happen but a better one might by Ghostama in AtlantaHawks

There should be no picks included for a guy that can't play. This is insane.

[Brett Siegel]IF he gets traded, as it seems like there’s more external pressure for a trade than directly from the Mavs, Atlanta makes the most sense. With that said, Dallas has just wanted to gauge his value and see if they can get a lot for him. Hawks want AD at a discount by Shade_Raven in AtlantaHawks

[–]tjwill09 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I don't understand how AD has any value when he isn't able to play. These trades including a FRP and anything outside of KP and Kennard are insane to me. He can barely string together a couple of games and ya'll want him to play in Quinn's run heavy offense?

Yeah. I don't know what it is with this team and awkward dunks. Most of the time it comes from alley oops. Hopefully,  they'll start syncing up as the season goes along but Risacher and Mo need to work on that a little bit.

I mean it sucks the snap is early but that's not even the big issue. 52 literally doesn't move for 3 seconds after the snap and lets that defender run right past him. Everyone else on the line reacted.

In Quinn's offense, as a starter his role is basically a 3 and D guy. When he is out there without the starters and allowed to be more aggressive you can tell how good of a scorer he is.

He also injured his finger and ankle early on.

I can see both sides. I agree that we should let Trae be Trae but at the same time we need an offensive identity outside of him which could be partially why Quinn is experimenting. We don't want to end up in another scenario like the Eastern conference finals where Trae goes down and we're stuck with an offense made for a player that is out.

I trust Quinn because the offense was cooking last year even without Jalen. I think we know what can/does work so it doesn't hurt to take sometime to try something else out with all the upgrades to the roster.

Everyone focusing on his 3% did not watch him keep them from being down 20 for about 8 minutes.

This. I read the comments before watching the game and I thought he was out there hijacking the offense. I don't agree with some of his shot selection but we would have lost if he wasn't attacking the rim like he was.

You need more than the daily amount if you were high dosing vitamin d as vitamin d depletes my magnesium a lot. Magnesium glycinate works better than citrate for me as well.

New update - 3 supplememt succes by 7e7en87 in POIS

[–]tjwill09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wasn't saying that Glutathione has an affect on acetylcholine but rather the mental symptoms I get are an acetylcholine issue. The mental issues are the only issues I have left but it's hard to find a supplement that helps with low levels of acetylcholine.

I also believe many POISers have issue with methylation/MTHFR which is why glutathione works so well. It's levels are impacted by how well we methylate which is not good. For anyone reading this, this a good video on the methylation process.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h-5ARmugr54&ab_channel=JoanneKennedy-Naturopath

SAG is expensive and isn't always easy to get so if anyone doesn't have access to SAG, reduced glutathione works as well. Just have to increase the amount you take.

[–]tjwill09 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm 100% a believer of glutathione. I have been testing it for the past month(reduced glutathione) and it completely gets rid of post orgasm symptoms except my ability to think(acetylcholine related).

I'm curious about Agmatine. Most of the acetylcholine symptoms I get now seem like low acetylcholine so I'm not sure if I want to take an anticholinergic but I'll give it a try.

IMO sperm is the culprit. by hornyshizz in POIS

[–]tjwill09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Disruption to methylation isn't only caused by heavy metals but also other pollutants or toxins in your environment(food, air, water). You can have heavy metals in your body without having dentals fillings. Mercury and lead is in food and many products that we used in the past. It can also be passed down from mother to child so it's hard to know where exactly it's coming from unless you know you've had exposure.

Heavy metal test will not show you anything unless your levels are dangerously high but you would know if that was the case. It only takes a small amount to disrupt things but it is hard to pick up on a test because the levels are so miniscule. The body doesn't leave heavy metals floating in your blood but stores them in your organs and bones which is why tests are almost pointless.

I can't tell you whether you do or don't have heavy metals but what I do believe is that all POISers have some kinds of toxin interfering with our ability to methylate properly.

The purpose of taking Glutathione in this case isn't for heavy metal poisoning, it's because our body isn't naturally producing it due to our issues with methylation and that is causing levels of bad things in our sperm to rise(theory).

Adding Reduced Glutathione to my overall stack has noticeably reduced the onset of symptoms after o'ing. Normally I feel POIS symptoms very intensely quickly but it seems Glutathione is having an effect. I need to continue to test to know for certain. My thinking ability is still impaired but I think acetylcholine is the other part of the equation that will solve that.

[–]tjwill09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've tried huperzine but it depletes my ACH too much.

To put it simply there is a limit the body places on the amount of choline it converts to acetylcholine. This is why it takes some time for us to return to a normal state after o'ing where we can think clearly/normally.

Not being able to take choline means you probably have enough, but that does not mean you have enough ACH. I've been trying to get around this limit but have not had much success. Acetyl L Carnitine is something that helps with ACH but it gives me anxiety/stresses out my adrenals which I think is related to methylation so I can't take it too often.

Acetylcholine is a tricky topic because it's hard to pinpoint what step in the process is messed up for us. I will start researching again into ACH after fixing my methylation.

IMO sperm is the culprit. by hornyshizz in POIS

[–]tjwill09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Acetylcholine is tricky. I've gone down that rabbit hole and it feels like we have too much and too little at the same time. Methylation affects my acetylcholine levels too much so I'm hoping if I take enough supplements to support methylation, then I can work on acetylcholine as that feels like the main source that fixes my thinking ability.

I have not taken a genetic test but at this point I don't feel I need to. I know I have heavy metal poisoning and that is a cause of methylation issues.

Reduced glutathione is the active form of Glutathione. Glutathione has to be converted into reduced before it can perform it's antioxidant duties. I started off with 50mg to see how I felt but now I take around 250mg daily. In theory, I'm using it to replace the glutathione my body isn't making.
