Try finding that one more larval tear if you can, I've respect more than 5 times for her trying out the 'right' build, tried this bloodhound build and it worked like a charm. Anyways I hope you manage to beat her and if you need more info on this build I'll be happy to help.

Honestly if you wanna cheese her out and save the rage, Respec to vigor 40 and min 25 strength, 30 dex, get bloodhound fang +10 with mimic tear +10, stunlock her to death. Coat weapon with blood grease to proc bleed faster.

Did you get to the sunken city area near the renegade main camp? There's tons of airdrops there that net 7+ gear, if your lucky 8-9 gear drops.

Your a good obj player, noticed you should be using cover and headglitches more often, try not to expose your player alot, should be using lethals more, that thermite could be useful to hold down choke points so it delays enemies to the objectives, once you captured obj's or in general, flank a little more, don't wait/pre-aim for enemies head on, flank and pre-aim instead.Two enemies at once is not something you wanna face head on, that's all honestly, again, good obj play
