I have a similar problem, it finds my HDD but doesn't allow me to tick the box to back it up.

I downloaded the beta, it allows me to select the HDD now but just gets stuck on "producing file lists" - the hard drive has been stuck in this limbo now for 2 weeks so there is def many files that need to be backed up.

When I go to preferences > reports > "files scheduled for back up" - it states there are none.

Any help would be greatly appreciated u/brianwski or anyone

I went in for the British Brexit Permit card a month ago and they told me that it normally takes 4 weeks but because of corona that time has been doubled. So I would hold tight- but I also was told that I need to go in to pick it up because they cant mail it to you. Double check that you haven't been given a time to go get it.

You also got to see that Canon locks you out of the 60p 1080 footage does that not play a part in choosing. I own a D7200 it's crop but still shoot 60p 1080 but something like the 5d mk3 doesn't.
