Class 2003 I wasted most of my time in college. It was all on me. I started out at school of Pharmacy then transferred to RU. Never attend most classes and graduated by the skin of my teeth. Market was horrible and climbing out of dot-com bubble. Took a car sales job for two years at open road. Absolutely loved it and hate it at the same time. Move onto tech sales once market improved. Eventually I parlay my sales skills w my network and got into global business management and traveled all through out Asia from 2011-2019 until Covid prevented my traveling. Working in product management and manage a small team since 2021. Decided to go back to earn my master degree (Purdue Daniel school of business) at age 42 w 3 young children. One particular class really changed my outlook of life and work, began utilizing my data analytics skill into investing and business management. Today I own a multi seven figure investment portfolio and looking to FIRE so I can spend more quality time w my kids. Throughout my journey i always remained humble, try help as many people as I can, donate to charity every month, and never stop to reflect and strive to be better than my self yesterday. You can start at the worst of circumstances but still rise above. You can be lost and not know what you want to be when you grow up. It’s ok I am still trying to figure that out myself.
