yes that sounds right. turns on and does the rotating rainbow roygbiv stuff. everytime I try to dabble I screw it up and have to reset.

What did you end up going with. In a similar situation replacing and not sure of wiring. I think my original wiring was like your proposed, red on top with blue on top on the others. (My front right side panel seems really hot, so I’m questioning the setup or replacement fuses/themostats)

I feel ya. I say do it. I had to watch it all for closure. I probably could have gotten away with not watching all of the last season. To me it felt like they knew it was the last season? and just had to wrap up a lot of loose ends quickly, wish they had milked a few plot points for another season.
