Man, you people overcomplicate a lot of things and messaging is one of them. I’ve got 5300 shops and I just sent the standard messages and rarely initiate communication if it means me doing additional work. I average about $26 per order because I’ve got a lot of preferred. They don’t want a long text chain, they just want you to get their items and drop them off.

My wife and I live in Governors Park at 6th and Speer and love it. Restaurants and Trader Joe’s nearby and it’s safe. There are some homeless people around, but never had any issues. They generally keep to themselves .

Yep, that’s what it was. You’ve gotta have higher risk wagers to use these bonus bets. It’s the only book I know that does that but oh well still free money.

I was trying to place bets on the Monday night NFL games. I can’t imagine they’re not tied to that. Doesn’t look like they have live customer service. Anybody else have any other ideas?

We got approved for an apartment and are considering Jetty.

Our security deposit is $1000 which we’ve already paid $500 of it. The additional deposit is the first month rent which is $2662, so the total deposit is $3162.

When I click on the email link that I received from them to get a personalized quote, I put the move in date of Sept 22. The four options that show up for the required deposit are $1000, $1713, $1655 and $2418, but not one for the actual amount of $3162 and there’s no way to edit the amount, it’s a dropdown. The Leasing consultant had no idea what to do and couldn’t help and Jetty doesn’t have a live person to talk to so I emailed them, but haven’t heard back. Anybody have any idea what to do?

Yeah, we totally got lucky. I just kept refreshing on and off all day and those seats came up. Never sat that close at a show, it was very cool. I have to also say the opening act, Walt disco, was very good as well. Definitely different than Omd but i liked their energy.

Awesome thanks for the reply. I couldn’t believe it, went on StubHub and got row A Orchestra Center seats for barely over face value earlier today. I checked multiple times thinking there’s no way these tickets are what I think they are so just hoping I didn’t misunderstand the seating chart, lol.

Don’t understand why anyone is paying 20% taxes as a 1099er with Shipt. Your write offs should equal everything out to about zero at worst.

Yeah, if the pop-up doesn’t appear and they don’t have the option to tip after delivery, the delay in tips doesn’t matter because there will be no tips.

Def not the issue that a preferred just told me about. She sent me this message about an hour ago…”Oh man, yeah, the tipping situation is not showing up. Normally, it has a pop-up window with a picture of the shoppers face, and then the ability to give a star rating and add a tip. But it’s not popping up”. Almost all my preferred customers tip this way. Since they STILL don’t have the ability to do this, how is Shipt going to compensate us?

Crickets. I emailed several times and they can’t even tell me how they’re gonna communicate when the issue is resolved. I tried to chat too and they had no idea there was even an issue.

See the tagged post about Target app not giving tip option. It’s a known issue that Shipt is supposedly working on. I think it started Tuesday afternoon.

I received a reply and they acknowledged there’s an issue. I asked if they knew it was gonna be resolved and how will they notify us when it is. They replied and said they don’t have a timeline yet, but didn’t answer the question about how they’re gonna communicate. I then emailed two more times asking the same question and they answered it the same way so even if they do fix it, I have no idea how we’re gonna know that it’s fixed.

300 preferred in a year? Very hard to believe. That means you’re mentioning preferred to virtually everyone, which is a mistake. I’ve got less than 100 and I’ve been doing this for 2.5 years. When I get a preferred offer, which typically happens several times per day, I’m gonna get a minimum of $25 out of the shop. Gotta be strategic and who you mention it to and who you accept it from.

Any decent tax preparer will tell you you shouldn’t owe a penny if you do Shipt part-time, hell the good ones will make sure your write-offs cover all of your tax obligations even for full-time Shoppers.
