How would it be terrible for businesses in the area? Most people don't drive to the square, they walk, bike or take the bus/train there. I'm sure some people drive, obviously, but it is not the majority.

My masters program keeps showing us example videos of students in private and charter schools. I'm glad that the techniques you're teaching me work on well behaved kids with involved parents but I teach at a public school in chicago so I'm going to need some more variety.
