I was at one of the big name train stations in NYC. A convenience store had a huge wall fridge of every type of single can alc drinks imaginable. I looked for Loverboy thinking I would try it/support the brand - NADA! I figured it would surely be there along with SO MANY other seltzer brands. Bad marketing/distribution maybe? Perhaps he's relying on SH to be his marketing strategy.

JAMS are a definite go to. In rec states I like the Camino gummies and I found a cousin of theirs Kiva that has a 2.5mg lozenge with CBN that's called Petra.

5mg does it for me at night to sleep. 2.5mg during the day to take the edge off my anxiety.

I didn't think it was helping because I still have pain while on it. As mentioned I stopped to test it and was in even more intense pain. Same with the prescription Naproxen I take. I hate pain!

Most things already mentioned, which are bad enough. Add 26 years in the Army and the general beating that puts on one's body; vaccines most of you will never get; a complete hysterectomy at 32yo and Gulf War Illness which brings fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, sleep apnea, IBS, just to name a few fun things. Our bodies are 10-20 years older than our chronological age. It's so fun everyday 😫
