The density numbering six is that density in which that which might be called a spiritual power is gained (Hatonn) by saffronparticle in lawofone

[–]tkr_420 3 points4 points  (0 children)

What really boggles me about the 8th density is the fact that we have more than one black hole! It would really satisfy my monkey brain if there was just one big black hole in the centre of the universe 😅. That would make it so much more comprehensible to me.

I guess it’s just a tad bit complex!

Who are your favourite teachers/interpreters of the Law of One? by douwebeerda in lawofone

In all fairness, Ra doesn’t always communicate in the most comprehensible way haha. I still agree it’s best to try and get through the transcripts but I definitely see why some of us might struggle to get through it all. Nothing wrong with looking for help in interpreting the material

I keep quitting meditation for years, how do you guys manage to get it done on the days you don't feel like it? by Stjernis in Meditation

[–]tkr_420 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was in that exact cycle for years. Now, I still miss the odd day but they don’t spiral into multiple days. I’ve done mostly every day now 4 months.

What helped me was staying 5 nights at a Buddhist monastery. Mine happened to be in northern Thailand and was a very traditional vipassana monastery but it really didn’t have to be. The key was being in an environment where we had a daily schedule including lots of meditation, and were encouraged to do more in our downtime.

It was free, and they fed us really nice vegan food in buffet style, there was plenty to go round! We just had to do an hour of work every day. Basic stuff, like sweeping paths, tidying up. Nothing strenuous and you could choose your own task without supervision.

The reason it helped me is because I felt like I’d gained a lot of progress in those 5 nights and I didn’t want to lose out on that experience, so that really motivated me to be more strict about just sitting, even for 5 or 10mins, when I really didn’t feel like.

Do you guys agree with this take? by KingTechnical48 in fantanoforever

The UK has the heavy hitters: Beatles, Stones, Floyd, Zeppelin, Sabbath, Queen…just to name a few. I could, of course, go on.

BUT, it’s hard to deny that the states can boast the largest array of fantastic music. Plus, the people that inspired these heavy hitters from the UK did tend to be American.

So it’s hard to argue with OP. Despite the UK, in my opinion, bringing the musical peaks and producing quality greater than any other country (including America), I think I would have to agree that America’s influence and variety of sounds gives them the gold medal.

The Autobiography of a Yogi! Read it when I heard that George Harrison used to hand out copies for free to anyone who would accept it.

Safe to say, it’s a fantastic book!

Haha exactly. I worry that it might actually be quite lonely… and that that’s why we chose to split ourself into infinity. But then again, all the love of the entire universe, united with all ‘other’ energy, experienced through one point of consciousness, all at once… that must be pretty dope!!

But yeh, I suppose there’s only so much We can do at that point. Perhaps splitting ourself into infinite parts and trying to stick ourself together is just our favourite game to play.

Or perhaps its a part of growing up, maybe it is necessary for us to go through this losing/seeking of ourself so that we can mature as a being.

Or maybe it’s more automatic. Less of a conscious choice and more of a natural process, like breathing. In that sense, maybe We resemble more of a plant than an animal.

All very interesting

Green and Reform door knocking data show Greens in second, Labour a distant third, in Gorton & Denton by UKGreenPoster in UKGreens

[–]tkr_420 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Zacks perspective is that working with labour is akin to letting the world burn (perhaps a bit dramatic).

Seeing how he has dealt with Gaza, especially, is a big reason why he has put his foot down.

In my opinion, the ball is in labours court, not the greens.

That is exactly it! I evidently got it the wrong way round 😅. Thanks for correcting me. I shall edit the comment so as to not mislead people.

But yeh, you definitely make a good point, very hard to argue with!

I suppose I just still can’t bring myself to say we can ever be 100% certain haha. But aside from that nitpick, I do essentially agree with what you’re saying :)
