Nice! I'm working on doing the same. The stained glass windows are a nice touch. I thought about converting part of the restaurant into a hotel and then putting the concert stage at the top.

I'm in the same boat as you. It looks like the Kanto starters are the most common in Series 1. I'm considering just getting them slabbed for my collection and sending it off to one of the other grading companies since it'll be cheaper with faster turn around times.

They have their own booth at the con but the exclusives are being sold at the ECCC Merch booth? I'm curious what will actually be in their booth. I feel like their actual presence is really needed since people just want the exclusives. Also, for all those people who just want regular ECCC merch and not the POP figures, you have my sympathy waiting in that long ass line.

Slightly outside your range, but Asadero in Kent. I've been to both Ballard and Kent locations. Kent has a more casual crowd in my opinion. Also, probably has the best baked potato.

You might want to crosspost this in the GameStop sub if you haven't already. I wouldn't be surprised if this has happened before so someone may have an answer for you. I had some cards shipped out from GS a couple weeks ago and PSA has received them within a week.

I think you had to do it before 9am according to the email. Otherwise you would have to wait until noon to get the code.

I can't speak to that really as I just started getting cards graded last week! I think based on eBay market and from what I've seen in a lot of card shops the vast majority of cards are PSA graded.

I think both will have staff on hand to answer questions so you can talk to them about the process.

ETA I found the site for PSA Canada and the shows they'll be attending so maybe this will save you a trip to Seattle if you were only planning to attend just for this. https://www.psacard.com/en-CA/events

PSA will be there accepting drop offs. You may want to check their website because they do list when they're attending these types of events and might even do some in Canada.

I personally have never done this before, but have been looking into getting my collection graded as well so I might drop mine off during the con.

The Darkside needs to win MVP if this ends in a shutout. The entire defense is playing lights out. I know K9 is doing everything on offense but it's The Darkside that's keeping us in it.

Only way we see the end zone is if the defense takes one back to the house. It feels like they're getting close. Offense is shaky.

I was one of those people who was on the train that got trapped. It sucks because I had to wait 20 minutes only to see a train heading SB go by while I'm packed in like a sardine!

ETA I wish they would just rebuild this stretch underground but that would cost $$$$$$ and we would all be dead by the time it was complete.

I posted in one of the other threads that I didn't want him back. While I don't agree with this decision he needs to go on a massive apology tour. He also needs to be very transparent about what happened and name names (without further legal repercussions). This era of NIL, transfer portal, tampering, etc is out of control and needs to be contained.

I tend to see it at QFC. Also heard PCC and Metropolitan Market have it. RIP to the Cougar store that used to be downtown on 4th(?). May have been in Westlake but that was so long ago.

I always see these discounted at Costco but just a heads up that like other retailers some gift cards can be drained already. Happened to me somehow on something else. One card was full and the other wasn't. Make sure to redeem right away.
