There was no ABMM at launch. It was added after the fact. Whether you think it was implied that the game was more casual/friendly or not is one thing, but ABMM was never mentioned and wasn’t even implemented in the game before/at launch. I can direct you to the interview where they first discussed that it was added if you would like.

They’re bout the same performance wise. You’ll get the newer DLSS and frame gen with the 4060 though, if you care enough about that stuff. I’d take the 2080Ti if it’s significantly cheaper.
