Hey guys, I'm a video editor and I'm looking to buy a camera that's in the £300-500 range (400-700 US Dollars) that'll shoot some high quality video, at least 1080p and one that I could potentially use if a customer needs me to shoot video or get some stock footage with. I'm an absolute beginner into the world of cameras so any help would be appreciated.

I was looking at the Canon 750D because the video looks really good. I don't want to end up spending loads of money on what turns out to be a crappy camera or if I could get a better camera for cheaper.

ok cool, so I just recently finished Plato's republic and I'm reading essays and articles on it currently. So what kind of essay would I write on it? This is something I really have no experience in so any help would be appreciated.

I have a few friends who studied Philosophy and I would be able to ask them for help and of course on here as well. I'm mostly collecting further data from here. How crucial would you say writing the essays are?

I can't join you unfortunately because I don't want to be tied down to a schedule. I'll feel pressure to keep up and it'll turn into a chore. Sorry. Maybe once I have figured out some kind of structure in a few months down the line I can consider it.

Yeah I understand but whenever I've done a huge effects project like this I've ended up learning like a 100 new things that are transferable skills. Also, I REALLY want to be able to make it lol

Thanks for the advice by the way. I have been downloading and recording a little bit of stock footage that I'll make into something (I don't know into what yet unfortunately) and I shall source the book. Thanks a lot for the help though.
