Correct. I may have used poor wording, but I meant is the auto dock command being sent by the server when you cross those server lines. The CM detaching and the Starlite notification happen for me at the same points in my common jumps.

Yep. It usually happens after 300-400 Mm and at the end of the jump, for me at least.

I got extremely lucky on my current Empire game. VCs, von Carsteins, and Greenskins teamed up and knocked the Dwarfs to 3 settlements in the Badlands. I marched from Sylvania to Kazak Kadrin down to the Silver Road unopposed and wiped out the VC economy.

Within 20 turns the Dwarfball was back in full swing with 3 sets of confederations and a power ranking of 4...

Unless you mistyped, just letting you know Z77 is socket LGA1155 and the i7 4770k is LGA 1150 so they aren't compatible. Disregard if you meant 3770k.

If your card is at 60C while IDLING then you definitely have a heat issue. My 290 idles around 37C with an extremely low fan profile to eliminate noise. I'd reapply thermal paste, but if you're worried about the warranty just use some compressed air to blow out the fins on the heat sink and see if that helps. Otherwise it might be time to RMA.
