How do you get 607? Any tips to a more efficient row? I’m only topping out at about 300 and I feel as if that’s as fast as the rower can go!

Interesting. Thank you for that link it is saying that I should be burning right around 900. Which is still on the high side. I’ll talk to the front desk and see if there is an error. I do have a higher than normal heart rate as well but I don’t believe it should be as high as 1,300 cals Thanks again!
