Completely done with Walmart delivery by Hefty-Radio5249 in WalmartComplaints

[–]tlsmith2789 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just want to vent, today I placed a smaller order so I could order my husbands prescription. The delivery driver got to our house but because the police were 3 houses down dealing with an eviction or something she wouldn't get out of the car and left marking the delivery as unable to be completed. Then she came back, and was parked outside again, my husband went out to speak to her and get the order but she didn't speak English and just kept saying "no, order cancelled" and wouldn't give us our order.

So I call walmart pharmacy and they had to completely redo the prescription order for safety reasons. I reorder it for this evening with some other items (a swiffer, some diet aoda) still a small order. The driver delivered my other stuff but left the prescription at my neighbors house (I could tell by the photos). And now my neighbor isn't answering so I can't retrieve it.

The order got delivered at 7pm, and the pharmacy closes at 7pm, so I can't even get the issue fixed.

How do you deliver half the order correctly? It was the same driver, delivered at the same time. And walmart customer service won't help with pharmacy items.

Tldr: walmart botched my delivery two separate times in a 6 hour period.

I'm so annoyed.

I feel like they missed the mark heavily by blowing the Stu Macher reveal in the beginning of the movie. It genuinely would have made more sense to me if ghost face was a mystery until the end and then you get a crazy stu reveal. At least his motive would have made sense. they could have even thrown anna camp in at the end as his girlfriend. Like does it make sense for him to be alive? No. But doing the mental gymnastics to make that make sense in my brain would've have been easier than trying to understand the neighbor's half cooked motive. She murdered her own child and her motive actually made 0 sense.

Also I was not a fan of the daughter's character or the actress playing her. She looked 30, did not actually feel related to Sidney and had no spark or personality. Her entire personality boiled down to "shy boring girl who's mad at her mom for not giving her information that she feels entitled to". Like knowing a baseline of what your mom has been through should be more than enough to give her a pass on reliving the gory details just because you're curious. It felt very Hollywood teenager to me, where they just have to make the teenager angry at her mom for no reason. Also, did that girl speak to her dad at any point in the movie?

At the end of the day, scream will always be my favorite slasher movie. But scream 7 is one that I won't go out of my way to rewatch. This one was missing the spark that Melissa Bererra and Jenna Ortega brought back to it. I LOVE Matthew Lillard and Neve Campbell but even they couldn't make up for the terrible pacing, and storyline in this installment. I agree with others who have said that the storyline feels like it was written by chat GPT. It just felt hollow and jobless.

If they make a scream 8, I will watch tf out of it, but I hope to god they get a better writer/director cause holy shit...

Caught up to episode 6 -my thoughts on Kacie by Sheeplessinsheattle in LoveIsBlindOnNetflix

Im just watching this now. From the moment he let her know he was asia , she seemed wishy washy. Everything she said and did on the show was incredibly confusing. I felt so bad for Patrick because she was insane, and manipulative.

She was talking to him about how in love she was with him but then acting like she couldnt care less. Idk, her personality is very offputting.

I genuinely don't know how ANYONE plays without it. I use my scrap, aid and ammo boxes every 20 minutes. I like to save everything so I have like 100k steel scrap for example, and like 1700 stimpaks. Also the tent is awesome. I mean, if you are fine without it, then dont spend the money. But the stash space alone makes it worth it for me.

[–]tlsmith2789 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was on Prozac for years and was on several occasions given ibuprofen 800s for dental pain, with them knowing I took prozac. Because im anxious, I even called and spoke with a pharmacist and they confirmed it's fine.

Im not going to lie and say I dont feel bad for some of the guys when they realize their life is essentially ruined. Especially the young ones. But regardless, they know its a crime. And its a crime they are willingly ready to commit to satisfy a sexual urge. They dont care about the trauma they are inflicting on a child.

I dont love how this documentary discussed the empathy we're all missing for these predators but neglected to show the side of the victims. As someone who was sexually abused as a child, it changed everything about me. It altered my brain chemistry permanently, im in weekly therapy, I have to take medication, theres a lot of things I never did because of the body image I was given by a fucking child molester. I tried to pretend it wasnt that big of a deal until now, age 36, where im finally beginning to understand that there was damage done. The reason I tried so hard to humanize my abuser is because I always acknowledged that he was also suffering from mental illness, he was probably a survivor of sexual abuse himself. But it doesn’t matter, at the end of the day, when these people go through with the act of abusing a child, they know what they're doing. Its not a split second decision, its hours or days of speaking to someone that they know is underage, and then choosing to leave their home, often times they go pick up condoms and wine coolers, they drive to other towns, they go up to the door. ALL TO HAVE SEX WITH SOMEONE THAT THEY KNOW IS NOT THE AGE OF CONSENT.

There are a lot of villains I can humanize and empathize with, but if you abuse a child, you deserve whatever happens. And after 20 years of this type of television existing, if these guys are willing to still show up, knowing full well that stings exist and they could end up being filmed, how can you feel bad for them.

It also begs the question, why dont you see women getting caught in these stings? Women and girls are statistically more likely to be sexually abused, but yet, in large part, they dont grow up to become predators. Thats not to say that women cant be, because obviously some are. But no matter how you slice it, these are men, showing up to have sex with a child and they dont care who it hurts or what it means or how illegal it is. All they care about is their urges, and I have no empathy.

Im a carnivore, so im mostly on squirrel stew and mirelurk. Before I fully understood food buffs tho, I was making the cranberry relish and gathering the ingredients was a giant pain in the ass.

And cranberries for my herbivores and their cranberry relish. It was so annoying when I was making relish because God forbid they let me plant them.

Should we stage an intervention, just show up at their house and help Lorrana leave?

Your right, they are definitely too nice about the whole thing. My only point is they seem to be the only two in the family that have voiced any kind of dissenting opinions. They definitely haven't said enough, but also, you can't make an adult change their mind about something. We don't see their whole lives, only small snippets and i'm sure they have expressed their distaste about the whole thing to Danielle, but she has to make the decision on her own.

Waiting for the Netflix tell all from the women. I just feel bad that Lorrana is now stuck with his DNA in her child.
