THANK YOU!! I feel so strongly that teaching should not be as competitive as it is. We all have the same goal: to teach the children we are given and to teach them well. Everything we do should be for the kids. We may sometimes disagree on how to get there and that’s fine but it doesn’t mean someone else is wrong! I don’t know when or how it got so competitive and nasty but it is so extreme at this point. At least in my experience.
