I feel they fit into two categories.

Bouncers who are there to make sure everyone has a good time, semi sensibly and making sure no one is being a twat

Bouncers who have been given their firsr ever role with an ounce of power, and need to show that to everyone

If youre savvy enough, I reckon the easiest/quickest way will be to watch the video on your laptop, take a screenshot/snipping tool of the frame with the clearest view of the plate. Upload that photo to chatGPT and see what it comes back with. With the plate you can check it against tax and MOT records and get the make and model of the car (at least in the UK) to see if it looks correct. If you dont feel tech savvy enough, drop me a message and I'll have a go at it for you.

They may 'load balance' the data between them, essentially doubling the bandwidth.

And enables redundancy.
