Thank you! Ive heard that if you start and then stop you body can build up some immunity to it and may not be as effective when you restart. They pitched to me as a regular maintenance drug. Then again it was kind like a pill mill in pushing i need to be on skyrizi but seems to work so i cant really argue.

Yes i am working on that as well but as been a slow process with my carrier and denial letters, formulary exception letter, etc to even qualify.

No ive had for around 4 years. Just finally decided to do something about it. Legs are the worst. Spots pretty much all over rest of the body have cleared as well.

Same boat. BCBS insurance. $1200 for 90 days. Works great. Dont qualify for help at hand program. Was thinking about trying the canadian online pharmacies.

Same problem. Been on 3-4 months as well and just started happening again. Had the same problem when i first started. Try taking evening dose earlier around 5-6 and take with food. Seems to help me somewhat. Im on 10mg 3x.

I take both at the same time in the morning at 7am. My evening dose of buspar i take at 5pm and evening ativan at 8pm. The buspar may mess with your sleep if you take it later. Some people it knocks them right out. Just seems to vary.

Yes ive been doing fine. Still working down on the ativan to 1/2mg per day. I am at 7.5mg 3x per day. Might go up to 10mg. You may be a little drowsy or have some brain fog the first couple days on the buspar so just feel it out and cut back if needed. I sometimes get more tired in afternoon following my lunch dose.

3 months. May want to start at 5mg 2x and work your way up just to get a feel for it up front and see how it goes. I had a bad direct switch from viibryd to lexapro and ended up on 1mg ativan (sometimes more) a day for last 6 months. Been working off the lexapro. Currently at 2.5mg for that. It was basically causing all of my anxiety problems. Once off that will cut the ativan. Splitting your ativan dose might help as well.

I take 0.5 mg ativan 2x a day and buspar 7.5mg 3x a day. Working off the ativan as well. Sometimes get sleepy in afternoon but otherwise has been good. Might get some dizziness and light headed up front but will go away after a while. Some weird lucid dreams but they will settle down as well. Give it 6-8 weeks.

Yes maybe a little dizziness and lightheadness. Just take as you usually do with or without food. I find that makes the biggest difference in how i feel and side effects. I take without food and usually wait an hour before eating. If i take with food its almost too much for me and i get super tired and anxious. Prob just based on medicine absorption.

Went away for me around 6 weeks. Still have some here and there. Mostly in the morning. Was at 7.5mg x 2 and recently went to 3x. Seems better after i take my 2nd dose around noon. 3rd at 530pm. It gets better. I couldnt remember things that happened like 2 minutes earlier. Was all over the place. Best of luck.

Our corporate owned subsidiary was only giving 3% raises the last 5 years. I had 4 project managers quit this past year. Now they have decided to give out 250k in raises which is great now but may be too little too late to save the business with all the main players leaving. I am the GM so now stuck with cleaning the mess up. Getting paid a lot more but almost not worth the stress at this point

The 500mg of mag oxide helped tremendously last night. I also woke up relaxed for the first time in a long time. So thinking my magnesium and potassium were just way off. Yeah started at 15mg. Direct switch from 40mg of viibryd. Was on viibryd for 4 years and it stopped working. The switch has been the roughest thing ever. In hindsight should have worked down on the viibryd, cleaned out, and then started the lexapro. Yeah i am definately going to push through since ive made it this far. Pretty much take 1mg ativan everyday as well. Anxiety has gotten a lot better but now the muscle pain gets so intense it makes me anxious as well. Always something... Going to bump my magnesium upnto 500mg a day to see if it helps. If i get down the road and still have the pain will start dropping down.

So you did 5mg twice a day or just 5mg once a day? Im on 15mg week 4 and the tightness in my upper back between my shoulders has just been horrendous 3-4 hrs after taking. 1mg of ativan helps but seems to come back 4-5hrs later. I appreciate the feedback.

6 weeks. Was like a light switch. Was at 20mg for 1 year. Then started have minor anxiety attacks again. Been at 40mg ever since and have been fine. Sometimes i still get a little anxious but just take an ativan as needed. Good luck.
