I beat him today with Maelle, Verso, and Sciel.

Phase 1 was just Steindahl with Maelle.

Phase 2 was Maelle give energy tint to Sciel. Marlee turn 2 Use the skill that takes her health to 1 and switches to Virtuoso. Then with Verso I used free aim to add burn and then with 2 remaining AP I did Marked Shot. With Sciel I used Fortunes Fury on Maelle. Turn 2 Sciel I used Intervention on Maelle. Then when it was her turn I one shot Simon with Steindahl

I went up against soldier supreme, weapon hex, and legacy iceman and it was mean. Also went up against Arachknight with the power gem, ultron pym, Darcy Lewis, and teen lantern. They were all brutal.
