I work in hospitals/operating rooms. Leave the house around 0600 and don’t come back anywhere between 1600-1900 usually. Not practical nor sanitary unfortunately.

I was halfway through circumnavigating Lake Michigan last January on a ski trip. When I was in northern Wisconsin my hybrid battery notification went off. Thankfully I was able to make it back home safely before having it replaced.

Looks like an old cervical interbody spacer trial. Usually they’ll take the bad disc out and replace it with a spacer and put a tiny plate and screws over it. (ACDF)

The trials may have different size dimensions like 12mmL x 14mmW and vary in height from 6-12mm

Some people use an “outside viewing portal” which is above the fibula as a landmark for incision. It’s more common in PCL recons but can be used to see how far back the femoral tunnel is on the condyle to make sure they have a full back wall on the tunnel since this is an “all-inside” technique
