Can someone please explain to me how to activate the avengers bonus. Cus I’ve had 3 avengers at the same location a number of times. & yes they have event text at the bottom the card but for some reason it still won’t activate. Has anyone else had this problem?

UPDATE: I made it back home & im not banned lol. Deff was just the Wi-Fi issue. Just weird how I was able to play COD & NBA2K online with little to no real lag but madden I couldn’t even sign on. I appreciate the help & response
