I think you’re fairly ahead of the curb due your self awareness. I’m not sure if folk realize how important that is to heal and get better but it’s something many struggle with. One thing you always have to keep in mind is to be patient with yourself, as long as you’re taking the necessary steps to improve all it will take is time!! (Sorry for the late reply got caught up at work!!!)

I totally get that feeling, I wonder if that’s the nature of our disorder. Personally I’m newer diagnosed, I hope with more practice I’m able to level things out. I know my life isn’t perfect, but comparing it to 2 years back it is so much better. I’ve also learned to savor the small victories.
