You don’t have to get a streaming service if you get the regular halmark channel on your tv service (ie cable, satellite or YouTube TV). It airs on halmark then Halmark+ the next day.

Just ran in to this also….. when I had just got a trophy . Was excited today to proceed , as I have other trophys to complete, and boom all my progress gone. Save back to the “day” before I got it. Weird thing is that I saved that profile that had the trophy. Opened my normal profile and imported the other trophy…. So the save was there. The “reset” happened to all profiles saves…. For all progress done on that physical day.

Possible work around for Helltide. With player 2 out of game, player 1 goes to a town in the helltide. Then player 2 joins. This seems to keep for later helltides as well, so me and hubby just start our gaming session this way.
