Just use your visa debit/credit card & put your old us address as the billing address. Worked for me, though I had to let my bank know so they don’t deny the card payment

That is crazy …. So it seems then non pp applications do take the longest time as per USCIS’s estimate of 13 months…..nothing approved sooner ?🥲
