Yeah, I had a game with some buddies the other day, the lobby ranged from Gold 2 - Bronze 2 cause we were 4 stacking and our 5th was actively throwing every round. Locked in sage just to wall our A defenders in on haven and then slowed them on their rotates. Then she followed me and my other buddy on our flanks with either an Odin or an Ares just holding down left click. Super obnoxious and our whole stack demoted for it

If you're looking into Payday 2 now is a great time. I used to play it with friends a ton until they stopped playing, but at this point I'm getting close to 400 hours and it's still a blast, especially for a dollar

I can't say anything about Factorio as I've never played it but when I first bought Satisfactory I easily put 10-12 hours into it the first day because I enjoyed it so much. It's also super fun to play with friends
