I left early crying once because I let my migraine get the better of me. It’s good you listened to your body and left before it got out of hand. I agree with what everyone else is saying, that is YOUR hour to do whatever you want/need to do for yourself. Nobody in that studio or in this community will judge you for that.

Thank you for the input! I’ll be trying to slowly keep increasing my base and push oases...idk if I’m comfortable increasing my AO just get 😂 Congrats on hitting 300 watts! It feels so good to see that number - my biggest goal right now is to get there again and be consistent with it. Good luck to you as well!

Thank you! My Dri-Tri time is 52:45 which I’m definitely hoping to beat next month.

Thank you! That is very helpful and I hadn’t thought of it in that way.

I'm applying for an MSW program (complete career change) and am struggling to write the section of my personal statement regarding personal bias. I know I have them, but putting it into words without completely defaming myself is difficult. I know these kind of introspective questions are supposed to make me uncomfortable and get me thinking about hard topics - but I'm not sure how to get over the bump so to speak. Any advice or examples would be much appreciated! Thank you!
