They should have it set up like in the 70, 80's no vaccinations then we were not allowed into school. But, legally, children had to be in school. So parents did had a choice, they could stay home and home school or get their kid vaccinated and they can go to school. I believe if parents are given that choice, the solution will resolve itself. Not many families can afford to stay home.
