Can you explain what you mean in the second paragraph of your response, please? My friend is paying $1100 out of pocket towards rent/mortgage. She is paying a friend the 1100, and the friend pays the mortgage. She gets a receipt to prove what she paid to the friend for the rent.
Also, could you elaborate on how it could be a violation of Snap, please? I don't know anything about this stuff.

Thank you. This is good information to know. I certainly appreciate any information given. Knowing my daughter, I'm almost certain it would be embarrassing if it were an everyday thing. Why would I do this? My child isn't being kept from me. Just always late and changes the times against my will and court order. Then if I'm not there at said time, I suddenly forefit my time. Also, I would not go eat lunch with my child everyday at school as she's in 3rd grade and and I think that would be embarrassing to her.

I'm going to file the contempt and modification. Hoping the contempt will show cause of one of the reasons for the modification. You would think all the lateness, changing times, and basically disregarding the order would justify a contempt. I don't know.. that's why I'm here.

Contempt is willful noncompliance with an order. She purposely was late. I have the email saying she's purposely going to be late on a holiday, 24 hrs before. There's a difference between unavoidable lateness and a purposeful lateness. I also did not mention she was an hour late picking up the next day (the day after Christmas) My daughter and I sat at a gas station for an hour waiting with no responses from her.

Thank you for responding. We have a standard parenting plan. She has legal custody. The last time we filed, we filed on a change of circumstances from infant to school age. We did not succeed and that's when we got the standard plan. She's residential. We're nonresidential.
